1. After the order has been processed, our customer service staff will required 1 working day to process the order and contact you to confirm the delivery date and time. In the event that you are not present during the agreed delivery date and time, we will leave a notification for you to contact us to set a new date and time for delivery, an additional SGD$8.00 will be charged.
   
   
2. The minimum amount online purchases is SGD$30.00, an additional SGD$8.00 delivery charge will be applied to the amount. For orders above SGD$60.00, the delivery charge will be waived. Delivery is limited to a single location per order.
   
   
3. Delivery service for “Online Shopping” is only applicable to Singapore locations. We do not shipped overseas.
   
   
4. All online orders are not cancellable or refundable once you have made an online payment and a confirmation notice has been generated by our system.
   
   
5. All existing promotions applicable in our physical retail outlets do not apply for “Online Shopping” unless otherwise stated.
   
   
6. Prices quoted in our website are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are subject to change without prior notice. All prices are inclusive of a 7% Goods and Service Tax (GST).
   
   
7. Without limiting our Privacy Policy you agree that Fragrance Foodstuff Pte Ltd may use personal information collected from you to assist us to provide products and services to you, to verify your identity, for promoting and marketing of additional Fragrance Foodstuff Pte Ltd products and services to you, and for any other use that you authorise.
