Fragrance was established since 1995. With experience and dedication, our continuous pursuit to offer top-quality, superior products have evolved into a successful company today. Our priority is to provide our customer and fresh delicacies, and instill a sense of joy in their every day lives. It is imperative to incorporate Quality management in every phase of our production as it plays an extremely important part in reflecting how we value the hygiene level and quality of our products in day-to-day business.

Product Quality
It all begins with using only top-grade fresh meat (such as pork and chicken) in food production, and the ingredients used for marinating sauces and seasonings with a blend of 18 traditional precious Chinese herbs such as Ginseng, “Gou Chi Zhi” (wolfberry), are finely picked on the very strict criteria basis. Backed by our advanced state-of-art production equipment, Fragrance manufactured its products under stringent control system.

The Quality of Production Processes
In the interest of developing quality standards and providing guarantee, Fragrance established its own quality assurance program several years ago to ensure consistency in product quality. The various processes and product developments enable a longer shelf-life for our dried barbeque products, up to a period of 6 months under ambient storage condition. This system is also audited on a regular basis. All processes must fulfill the requirements stipulated by the HACCP concept. Regardless of certificates, this is the quality standard Fragrance has set for itself and continues to optimize in every area.
