ARE MY CREDIT CARD DETAILS SAFE WHEN USING THIS SITE?

WHY CANT I SEE THE PADLOCK OR HTTPS:// IN MY BROWSER?

HOW DO I PURCHASE ONLINE?
You would first have to register as a member before you could proceed with our “Online Shopping” feature; this is to help us in better identifying you and to provide better customer service. Once you have registered as a member, simply click “Online Shopping” in our website and you will be directed to our products list. Simply select the products and quantities required and click “Add to Cart”, after finalizing the products you want, click on “Confirm Payment” and you will be directed to our online payment gateway to make payment.
We will require 1 working day to process the order, a customer service staff from Fragrance Foodstuff will call you to confirm the date and timing of the delivery. Once it has been verified by you. The delivery will be made on the date and time as stated by you.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY GOODS TO ARRIVE?
We will require 1 working day to process the order, once it has been completed; we will delivery your order as per the date and timing stated by you.
If in the event you are not present during the stipulated delivery date and time, a notification will be given for you to contact our customer service staff, a new delivery date and time will be set and an additional SGD$8.00 delivery charge will be charged for the subsequent delivery.

IS THERE A MINIMUM AMOUNT I CAN ORDER?
Yes, the minimum amount is SGD$30.00 not inclusive of a SGD$8.00 delivery charge, we provide free delivery for orders above SGD$60.00 and it is limited to a single location per order.
IS THERE A MAXIMUM AMOUNT I CAN ORDER?
No, we do not have a maximum amount that our customers can order, for large orders, you can either order online or please feel free to contact our customer service staff at +65 6257 8608 during normal working hours or email us at fragfoodstuff@pacific.net.sg for further assistance.
DO I HAVE TO REGISTER AS A MEMBER BEFORE I CAN SHOP?
Yes, you would have to be registered as a member inside the website (www.fragrance.com.sg) before you can start shopping. This is to help us verify and confirm your purchase information before the delivery is made.
The free registration takes just a few steps to complete and allows you to monitor your purchase and the delivery process.
WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU DELIVER TO?
Our “Online Shopping” deliveries are currently only available to locations within SINGAPORE. We do not shipped overseas.
WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT CAN I USE?
Our “Online Shopping” feature only allows the use of Credit Cards like Visa or MasterCard. All orders will take 1 working day to process once the payment clears.
